Tile, Vinyl and Hard Floor Cleaning

Mopping your hard floors in your office or childcare centre is day to day maintenance, but they often require annual, or 6 monthly maintenance by our specialised floor team to ensure your floors continue to look great. 

Polished Vinyl - Polish is a wearable product that requires regular maintenance.  Your specialised floor care cleaners will be able to tell you whether your vinyl needs a scrub and recoat, or a strip and re-polish.  This will depend on how heavy a use it gets, and how it is looking.  You may think that your cleaner just isn't mopping well, as dirt patches start to appear, but as polish wears, it starts to get tacky and will grab the dirt from the mop.  Polished vinyl is not a one off job, but requires at a minimum annual maintenance to sure it keeps looking great.

Non Polished Vinyl, Tiles and other Hard Floors - Mopping your floor regularly is general maintenance, but after a while your hard floors may require a machine scrub and buff.  Machine scrubbing will get deep into the floor surface and can bring your hard floors looking almost new again.  We have scrubbed floors for clients, who didn't realise, that what they thought were flecks in their vinyl or tiles, was actually dirt trapped in grooves of their floor.
