Anyone can clean your office, but not everyone can clean it well!

What do your cleaners need to ensure they provide the excellent cleaning service you deserve.

1. Detailed cleaning schedule, that is tailored to your office.  A detailed schedule ensures both you and the cleaner know what is required.
2. Quality equipment.  Having a commercial vacuum, mops and cleaning gear, that is serviced and test tagged is essential - everyone needs the right tools for the right job!
3. Quality Chemicals - while 90% of cleaning is simply hard work, having the right chemicals, that have as little impact on the environment as possible, while still ensuring that your office is cleaned to a high standard is a must. 
4. Regular checks of your site - your cleaning company should visit you regularly to ensure the cleaning is done to a high standard, and give feedback to the cleaners, both in ways they can improve, and also letting them know when they are doing a great job!
5. Clear Communication between you, your cleaning company and the cleaners is key to ensuring your office is sparkling when you walk in in the morning.  Having a communication book on site is great for the small things, but ensuring you have direct contact with your area manager is also key to a great working relationship.
