It is extremely important for you and your cleaner to know exactly what cleaning is being done on your site. It is surprising how many potential new clients we visit are unsure of what their cleaner is meant to be doing.

Every office & childcare is different, and every client's requirement is personal to your business.  When getting a quote for commercial office cleaning or childcare cleaning, ensure you are clear about what you want your cleaners to do and not to do.  When you receive your quote, make sure a schedule of cleaning duties is provided, including how often each task is done.

We also include highlighted notes on what you, the client does, as well as specific notes for security, rubbish and other variables - this ensures all our cleaners, and you know exactly what is expected.

We include a copy of the schedule in our on site communication book, so if you are ever unsure of whether something is included in your regular cleaning, you can simply read through your schedule.
