When you receive your quote, make sure a schedule of cleaning duties are provided, including how often they are done.

We also include highlighted notes on what you, the client does, as well as specific notes for security, rubbish and other variables - this ensures all our cleaners, and you know exactly what is expected.
We include a copy of the schedule in our on site communication book, so if you are ever unsure of whether something is included in your regular cleaning, you can simply read through your schedule.
