  • Individualised Cleaning Schedules

    We visit all sites before providing a quote to discuss what you want.  Every client is different, and everyone's requirements are different so we ensure that the cleaning schedule we provide is tailored to your personal needs.  We can do as little or as much as you require, including providing rubbish collection options, hygiene systems, t-towel services and bathroom consumables.

  • No Fixed Term Contracts

    We do not tie our customers in to long term contracts, which is common in our industry.  Instead we ask you to sign a Contract Acceptance Form, which requires 30 days notice in writing if you would like to terminate our cleaning service.  We prefer to rely on our quality and service to retain our customers, rather than locking you in to a long term contract.

  • Professional, Well Trained & Security Screened Cleaners

    At Quality Cleaning all our staff are permanently allocated to a site, which encourages them to take ownership of their jobs. This also means you know who will be on site. Our supervisors and a team of permanent cleaners cover for anyone who is sick or on leave. We always inform you if someone is away, so that you know what is happening at your site.


    Prior to starting with Quality Cleaning Services, all staff attend a training session.  Which works through our Health & Safety and Training manual, which covers:

    • chemicals, equipment, cleaning procedures and cleaning quality expectations
    • Health & Safety Procedures and Policies
    • Security Protocols

    Once this is completed they receive specific onsite training at the sites they will be cleaning permanently, and then are carefully monitored by our supervisors until they are satisfied that they are able to achieve our high cleaning expectations. They are then placed on to a regular checking schedule.


    Our supervisors and operations team offer advice, help and feed back to all staff.  We also ensure our staff receive positive feedback for the great work they do. We have a communication book on site for communication between yourselves and the cleaners, but remember we are only a phone call away should you have any questions.


    All our staff are police checked, and this check is repeated every 2 years as per NZ Police recommendations.

    Quality Cleaning Services is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for the safety of our employees and everyone in the work place, ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act.


    Our initial staff training covers our Health & Safety procedures and policies as well as their responsibilities as a staff member, understanding hazards, how to identify and report potential hazzards, and incident reporting procedures.


    Our staff are encouraged to contribute to our monthly meetings, and everything is communicated back to our staff in our monthly H&S Newsletter, which not only deals with any incidents, or issues, but also provides reminders to ensure that health and safety is in the forefront of our daily cleaning.


    Our annual Health & Safety plan ensures we are constantly reviewing our procedures, systems and training to ensure that we keep up to date, and address any new legislation, systems or hazards that may arise.  Any changes in company policies or additions to our training manual are then communicated to all staff.

    Quality Cleaning Services holds a comprehensive $10m Public Liability Insurance.  Each year on renewal a copy of the new certificate will be emailed to you.

Environmentally Friendly Cleaning

Quality Cleaning Services is environmentally conscious and continue to review our procedures and products to ensure that we have as little impact on the enviroment as well as being safe for our cleaners and your staff.

  • Recycling

    Where possible we work with our clients to set up recycling stations and bins in their offices

  • Rubbish

    We do offer compostable bags, but ultimately these are still filling our rubbish stations, and only bio-degrade well when exposed to the sun which in reality is only a couple of days in a rubbish station.


    We think a better practice is to work with our clients to have bagless, paper only bins, or central office bins, rather than one at each desk therefore reducing the amount of bags used. What ever your requirement we can work with you and your staff to set up the best procedure to suit your office.

  • Cleaning Cloths

    Quality Cleaning services staff use micro-fibre cleaning cloths for both window and general cleaning. These cloths reduce the amount of chemicals required.

  • Chemicals

    All the chemicals that we use in our everyday cleaning are biodegradable. We have tried to source the best chemicals for the job, while having as little impact on the environment as possible.

    When we do have a cleaning problem that requires a slightly harsher chemical we will ensure that we find the product that has the least effect on the environment.

  • Living Wage

    We strongly support paying our cleaners the Living Wage, however we also understand this is an extremely difficult time for many businesses.  So when we provide you a quote for your cleaning, we will provide two price options.  The first is our standard rate and the second is if you would like to pay your cleaners the Living Wage. If you accept our quote for your cleaning services you just let us know which option you choose.
